Mindy Munk is the Branch Manager and started her career as a Realtor in 1992.  In late 2000 she moved to the lending side as a loan processor and personally processed over 10,000 loans. She has a unique perspective that comes from experiencing the entire lending process from all angles such as Processing, Operations, Compliance, Loan Origination and Management.  Having experienced the different roles from Realtor to Lending Manager gives her a unique understanding and appreciation for doing the job right and to always exceed expectations. 


Lisa Young has over 20 years experience in mortgage origination helping her clients navigate through the loan process.  She has a hands-on personal approach to assisting her clients with their purchases and refinances. She believes in building lasting relationships and takes pride in making the mortgage process smooth, timely and enjoyable!  Lisa resides on Kent Island with her family, where she is active on USTA tennis teams, local golf leagues, and being a “swim mom”.


Ryan Meyers has closed over $200 million in loan volume in his 11 years in the business.  He is well-versed in multiple loan products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, as well as FHA 203K and HARP loans.  Large proponents of his client base are returning customers and referred clients. He takes pride in educating his clients and being easily accessible.  Ryan resides in Catonsville with his young family.  In his spare time he referee’s soccer and has taken in foster dogs.
